In very rare cases, due to bank level downtime issues, money is deducted from your account, but the same does not immediately reflect in your Leisurekart order.
In such a scenario, your bank will
1) either re-credit the debited amount in your account OR
2) credit the amount to Leisurekart
The bank and the payment gateway usually takes 2 to 3 working days to update the correct status of the transaction.
In most cases, the amount is re-credited back to your account by the bank. In a rare situation where the amount is credited to Leisurekart’s bank account, we will issue a refund to you and credit amount back into your bank account.
